Can I return an item?

Then you can first read our terms and conditions below and always report your return to our sales team.

Complaints due to damage or incompleteness must be reported to EuroGate International within 14 days of receipt. Please email your complaint with photos and description to our general email address.
When making purchases via our website, you are entitled to a reflection period of 14 days after delivery of the product. Within this period, a product may be returned without giving a reason. In any event, you must deliver the goods to us within 14 days of purchase, either personally or by courier. The direct costs of shipping and returning the goods are at your expense. EuroGate International uses the same payment method that the customer used for reimbursement, unless the customer agrees to a different method.

To make use of the option to return and refund the purchase price of purchased products, you must have met the following conditions:
• You must return the product complete, in good condition and in the original packaging.
• You are responsible for the return shipment.
• When returned, the product must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you. Has the product been used?
. damaged or otherwise not as delivered, costs will be charged.
• You have the right to unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether the product is satisfactory.
. Once put into use, you are not eligible for a full refund.
• Purchases made specifically for you are not eligible for returns and refunds.

If you return an item outside the stated conditions, the payment obligation will not expire.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in writing by post or e-mail of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
